WHAT TO BRING - PERSONAL ITEMS:
Bring casual camp dress for your non-hunting hours, as well as your personal toiletries. That's really all you'll need.
BEAR HUNTING CLOTHING
For archery and muzzle loading hunters, camouflage is suggested. Rifle hunters must wear a complete suite of either scarlet, white yellow or orange or a combination of these colors by Saskatchewan law. We suggest a full white suit with a red cap. Warm weather gear and rain gear could be needed in both spring and fall hunts. Canadian weather is very unpredictable.
SASKATCHEWAN BEAR HUNTING EQUIPMENT:
Hunters may bring bows or rifles or both, as Larson Lake Outfitters accommodates both styles of hunting perfectly. It is best to bring your own ammunition and general hunting tackle with you, but if necessary, ammo can be purchased at the lodge.
HUNTING LICENSES:
A Saskatchewan Bear Hunting License will run US$165 plus the habitat stamp of $11 and is not included in the price. Larson Lake outfitters will provide all of the required documentation and export papers for your game.
DURATION OF HUNT:
All Saskatchewan bear hunts are five days and six nights. You arrive Sunday at noon or later and depart the following Saturday morning. Additional hunting days can be purchased subject to availability.

The Larson Lake guides are Blaine, Troy, Mitch and Dean. All of our guides are experienced lifetime hunters and are extremely knowledgeable and able to help you with any questions or concerns. You will be in very good hands as our guides treat the hunter as Number 1!

All non-Canadian residents entering Canada with a firearm will be required to complete a mandatory Non-Resident Firearm Declaration.
